Free delivery: On orders over 3,500 EGP

No delivery on Fridays or public holidays — these are not considered business days.
A detailed address and a reachable phone number (for calls & WhatsApp) must be provided at checkout. Any order with a vague or incomplete address and/or unreachable number may be subject to automatic cancellation.
All Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a mandatory confirmation process. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp right after order placement. Any unconfirmed COD order after 48 hours will be subject to cancellation.

Delivery durations mentioned above are post-fulfilment estimates. Delivery services are processed by third-party shipping companies. Kovers does not guarantee an exact delivery date or time.
All orders must be accepted unopened. Exchanges and refunds are available after delivery.
COD orders must be paid in full — partial payments are not accepted.
